Jeff Rey has been an industry veteran for more than 19 years.  He has worked for several large cartridge remanufacturing companies across the globe and has specialized in color cartridge research and development.  Rey has also invented multiple tool inventions and bulk component carrying systems used in color manufacturing as well as several conversion systems for canon and hp products.  As Quality Control Manager, Rey will oversee MSE’s quality and reliability at MSE’s sole manufacturing facility in Van Nuys, CA.
